1. Privacy Act 1993

1.1 The Guest authorises Alexandra Holiday Park or Alexandra Holiday Park’s agent to: a) access, collect, retain and use any information about the Guest;

(i)(including any overdue fines balance information held by the Ministry of Justice) for the purpose of assessing the Guest’ creditworthiness; or (ii)for the purpose of marketing products and services to the Guest. b) disclose information about the Guest, whether collected by Alexandra Holiday Park from the Guest directly or obtained by Alexandra Holiday Park from any other source, to any other credit provider or any credit reporting agency for the purposes of providing or obtaining a credit reference, debt collection or notifying a default by the Guest.

1.2 Where the Guest is an individual the authorities under clause 1 are authorities or consents for the purposes of the Privacy Act 1993.

1.3 The Guest shall have the right to request Alexandra Holiday Park for a copy of the information about the Guest retained by Alexandra Holiday Park and the right to request Alexandra Holiday Park to correct any incorrect information about the Guest held by Alexandra Holiday Park.
